Spacious but lacking charm
The room was huge with air conditioning, a desk, and a flat-screen TV. Free toiletries and a hairdryer were provided, but no wash cloths. Wi-Fi was unreliable. After hours, the gym was not accessible, while the restaurant had limited options. The location near a mall was handy, yet frustrating for tourist attractions.

missingWrote a review on Sept 12shopping mallfamily-friendly roomconvenient bathroomlimited dining options
We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The shopping mall attached had a great variety of stores and fun spots for the kids. The room size was perfect for our family, and the bathroom was well-equipped, which made things convenient for us with two little ones.
In my wife’s opinion, they could improve by offering more family-friendly dining options.

The stay at Del Prado was pleasant and suited my business needs well. The large rooms provided ample space for work, and the air conditioning allowed for a comfortable environment amidst the city's hustle and bustle. The staff were efficient and responsive, assisting me with any requests promptly. Additionally, the location's proximity to nearby businesses made it convenient for my meetings.
Limited dining options and poor lighting in the rooms detracted from the experience.

missingWrote a review on Sept 10convenient locationfresh sushiunhelpful front deskneglected maintenanceparking scam
The location next to a shopping mall is convenient, and the fresh sushi from the restaurant was a highlight. However, the front desk staff lacked knowledge about the hotel facilities, leading to confusion when I inquired about the gym. Maintenance seemed neglected, and the parking situation felt like a scam, leaving us frustrated during our stay. Despite the friendliness of the room service team, these issues made for a disappointing experience overall.

missingWrote a review on Aug 29great servicespacious roomplaza accessovercharged parking
I recently stayed here for 3 nights, and I must say, the service was pretty great, especially the room service staff! The spacious Standard Twin Room was comfortable, and the access to the plaza with all its restaurants was a big plus. However, I did feel that the parking fees were a bit steep and the receptionist tried to overcharge us, which was frustrating. I would consider returning despite that hiccup.

This place suits me perfectly! I enjoy the free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and large rooms. The staff once helped me with currency tips. I’ll be back for a holiday!

We had an awesome stay with friends! The large rooms were perfect for hanging out, and the nearby shopping area offered tons of great restaurants and entertainment options. Just note that the Wi-Fi is only available in the lobby. Overall, it made for a fun and relaxing vacation.
One downside was the lack of helpfulness from the front desk staff at times, as they seemed a bit unresponsive when we had questions.

available parking, kind room service, security concerns
The state of the rooms feels like a bland prison break, lacking any aesthetic. Outdated TVs without remotes? Come on!!! Wifi only working in the lobby is a hassle!!! Paying a deposit for lockers is absurd!!!

Just a fitting option for shopping in Mexico City at a reasonable price. The atmosphere felt shady and left us uneasy. Always keep your valuables close and be cautious about sharing personal information.
